GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC will make every attempt to resolve customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner. All sales are final.
If the gift is lost, damaged or returned to us we will credit the cost of the gift, minus the shipping/delivery charges.
If an order is cancelled once the gift has been made, there is a 20 percent restocking fee charge.
Reports of any damages MUST be made within five 30 days of receipt of gift.
Due to the perishable nature of gourmet foods and other fresh or edible products in our baskets, returns of such items cannot be accepted.
Personalized gifts are non-refundable. We also do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges if a selection does not appeal to one’s taste.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund. We cannot accept returns for any item received after 30 days of the purchase date. Backordered items can be returned within 30 days of shipping date. We must be notified of all returns within 30 days of order.
GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned items. If items are not returned in resellable condition or with original packaging, credit will not be issued.

Defective items not reported to GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC within 5 days of order.
Items returned to GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC without contacting GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC prior to the return.
Items returned without original packaging all documents that were included with original shipment
Defective Items: Any defective items must be reported to GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC within 30 days of order. As a distributor and not a manufacturer, GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC has no control over certain aspects of product quality. There are items that may have a natural flaw or may have a service life less than what may be expected; natural flaws and failure to meet individual expectations are not considered defects.
GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC will not be liable for any defective items NOT reported within the 30-day policy. Any guarantee that is offered by the product manufacturer in the form of a label or similar marking on the product must be addressed by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Normal wear and tear of an item does not constitute defectiveness. Acceptance of returns on any item said to be defective will be made at the discretion of GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC. GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC assumes no product liability. Buyer assumes all risk pertaining to use and application of any purchase.
Custom Orders: Any custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Special Orders: Periodically we may be able to supply for a customer an item that is not in our normal inventory and does not appear on our website. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds & Claims
All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within three (3) business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or of there is a discrepancy GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction.
Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of GoldFinch Gift Solutions, LLC and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If your gift recipient disposes of the gift before we can verify the damages/ discrepancy, we will not issue any refund.
All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone.
